my family enjoyed how kind everyone was. we got help whenever we had questions, and the staff were very friendly. check-in and check-out were fast, which i appreciated. everything felt convenient for our family of seven and security was on point.
The room smelled musty. I found that unpleasant. the curtains also had a dusty scent and did not appear clean. i expected better, especially since it is rated as a 4-star resort. i hope they address this for future stays.

Awesome Amenities and Family Fun!

My family and I had a super enjoyable trip. The resort's surrounding area is beautiful. I found it clean and safe for a family trip. The water park is a definite bonus with its pools, lazy river, slides, and a kid zone (kids definitely loved the slides!). The hotel has plenty of parking in the garages.
The arcade is pricey, but it does give you something to do in the evening.

The staff was amazing everywhere I went. Everything seemed well maintained. They responded quickly when I had a small issue with the icemaker (they fixed it fast!).

The downstairs breakfast place was affordable and delicious. There is Starbucks inside the hotel. I really enjoyed the breakfast (especially the pancakes!).

We booked a two-bedroom suite. It had full-size appliances plus large rooms and bathrooms. The suite felt very comfortable. Everything was lovely, I really enjoyed how spacious the rooms were.

we are a family that stayed in a two-bedroom condo. the room was very clean. the full kitchen and in-room laundry were useful.
the dining room furniture had peeling leather. some light fixtures had yellow staining. the master bathroom walls could have been cleaned better.
